Thank you to Lee Borchard, of Borchard Concrete, Inc., for making the base; Jerry Riesley, for fabricating the beautiful bell holder; Joe Cameron, of Joe Cameron Construction, Matt Newman, of Matt Newman Construction, for helping to put the obelisk in place with the use of their equipment, time, and knowledge, and Jeremiah O'Brien and George Graff. And also a huge thank you to the Lost at Sea Committee. This endeavor could not have been achieved without all of their help.
The memorial will be dedicated at 2:00 p.m. on May 27th, 2013, Memorial Day, in Cayucos at the Vet's Hall. The Lost at Sea ceremony will follow at 3:00 p.m. with a BBQ put on by the Cayucos Lions at 4:00 p.m. Hope to see everyone there.
