February 16, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. there will be a site dedication ceremony at the base of the pier in Cayucos for the permanent monument to honor those lost at sea.  A granite obelisk will hopefully be in place in front of the Cayucos Vet's Hall in time for the Lost at Sea ceremony on May 27, 2013.  Twelve tickets to ride in a C47-DC3 during the Missing Many Fly-by that takes place at the ceremony will be sold for $200 each.  If you would like to donate any funds to the permanent monument they would be greatly appreciated.  It would be great to see you all there.

May 27th, 2013 -- Memorial Day Lost at Sea ceremony.  At 2:00 p.m. there will be a dedication to the permanent monument to those lost at sea.  This will be followed after a short break by the Lost at Sea ceremony at 3:00.  This will take place at the base of the pier in Cayucos in front of the Vet's Hall.  After a short ceremony, there will be a procession down to the end of the pier.  The Morro Bay Commercial Fisheremen's Organization will carry the wreath in the procession.  Hope to see all of you there.
