Attached is the new Navigation Rules and Regulations Handbook. This book is required for vessels 12 meters or above (39.4'). This book may be kept in electronic format and maintained on a computer for direct access on board. Or, you may order a printed copy through the government printing office, at a cost. More information is provided in the .txt file.

The Navigation Rules Handbook is no longer in effect and needs to be replaced by this handbook.

Please pass this on to those who may need it. Again, this is only required for vessels 12 meters or above (39.4').
