Before we react, we need to understand all things that are inside proposed rulemaking concerning the closing of Northern California harbor entrances during inclement weather. I am sure that they will not implement all these rules if not for the betterment of everything. Some of the rules can make our eyebrows raise but those things don't matter if we know that we are going to benefit from it at the end! Hopefully, we could all be given the chance to know these rules better. Leave a Reply. |
