It's time again for the Blessing of the Fleet. It will be held on Sunday April 12th on the North T Pier at noon. It will be followed by a lunch at the Vet's Hall. Mark T will be cooking his delicious smoked chicken but it would be good if every one brought their favorite side dish (no desserts please). Friends and family are welcome..

This course meets the US Coast Guard drill conductor requirements for fishing vessels and contains an in-the-water practice session. This book may be kept in electronic format and maintained on a computer for direct access on board. Or, you may order a printed copy through the government printing office, at a cost. More information is provided in the .txt file. The Navigation Rules Handbook is no longer in effect and needs to be replaced by this handbook. Please pass this on to those who may need it.
